Tech help that makes sense.
Patient, in-home help with computers, smart homes, and everyday technology — for the seniors of Summerville, and peace of mind for the families who love them.
If it plugs in or connects to the internet, we handle it.
From the iPad on the kitchen counter to the smart thermostat on the wall — patient help with everything in your connected home.
A better kind of tech support.
Built for the way seniors actually want to be helped — not the way tech companies want to sell.
We come to you.
No loading laptops into the car. No driving to a store. No waiting in a queue behind five other people with faster questions. We show up at your door, at a time that works for you, and we work at your pace.
We take our time.
Good tech help isn't about how fast the problem gets solved. It's about whether you feel confident using the thing afterward. Every visit includes as much patient explanation as you want — no rushing, no jargon, no being made to feel behind.
We never upsell.
We don't sell devices. We don't earn commissions on services. We don't push new plans you don't need. Our only job is helping you use what you already have — which means our advice is always in your interest, never ours.
Three ways to work with us.
Whatever you need — ongoing peace of mind, a single visit, or a specific install — we make it simple.

Scam & fraud protection The #1 threat to senior independence isn't the technology — it's the scams designed to exploit them. We teach, flag, and intervene.
Built on 15 years of teaching patience.
Summerville Tech Concierge is a locally-owned service founded on a simple idea: seniors deserve tech help from someone who teaches, not someone who sells.
My name is Gregory Morgan. For fifteen years I taught high school computer science, engineering, and technology in Ohio — the kind of classes where the bell rings, twenty teenagers walk in with a hundred different reasons something isn't working, and somebody has to stay calm enough to figure each one out without anyone feeling stupid. That's the job I was actually good at. Not only the technology part — the patience part.
After the classroom, I went to work as a Biomedical Engineer for Boston Scientific, traveling to hospitals across the region to fix the surgical lasers and equipment that doctors depend on. Different setting, same skill: walk into a room, listen carefully, take a complicated piece of technology apart, put it back together correctly, and explain what happened so the people using it feel confident again.
Somewhere between teaching and biomedical engineering, I kept noticing the same thing in my own life. My parents' generation, my grandparents' friends, neighbors I trained as a personal trainer for twenty years — capable, sharp, accomplished people who'd quietly given up on parts of their own lives because the technology had gotten too frustrating. Email they couldn't access. Photos of grandkids they couldn't open. Wi-Fi that worked sometimes. Scams they were rightfully scared of. They'd stopped asking for help because the people they used to ask were too busy, too far away, or too quick to make them feel like an inconvenience.
When I bought my home in Summerville, I knew this is where I wanted to spend the next chapter — building the tech help service my own grandparents would have wanted. Patient. Local. Honest about what you do and don't need. No upsells, no jargon, no rushing. Just someone who shows up, takes the time, and treats you like the capable adult you've always been.
That's why we're here. That's the whole thing.
Questions we hear often.
Don't see yours? Give us a call. We're happy to talk it through — at no charge.
What if I'm not comfortable having someone in my home?
That's understandable, and we take it seriously. Every visit starts with a phone conversation so you know who's coming. We arrive on time, in a branded shirt, with identification. Family members are welcome to be present — in person or on video — for any or all of the visit. And if at any point you want us to stop and leave, we do.
What if you break something?
We're fully bonded and insured. In the unlikely event that something is damaged during a visit, it's covered. But beyond insurance: we move slowly, we ask before we change anything, and we explain what we're doing as we go. Most "breakages" in tech support come from someone rushing. We don't rush.
Do you sell computers, software, or services?
No. We're not a reseller, and we don't earn commissions on anything. If you need a new device, we'll give you honest guidance on what to buy — and where — but you buy it yourself. Our entire revenue comes from the time we spend helping you, which means our advice is always in your interest.
How do you know what I actually need?
The first visit is a conversation. We walk through your devices, your internet, and the things that frustrate you. Then we recommend what makes sense — which might be a monthly plan, or might be "come back once a year for a tune-up." Whichever you choose is up to you, with no pressure.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Never. All our monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime, for any reason, no cancellation fees. One-time visits are just that — one time, pay when the work is done.
Can my son or daughter be on the phone with us?
Absolutely, and we encourage it — especially for the first visit. A family member on speakerphone or video call means everyone hears the same information, nothing gets lost in translation, and we all stay on the same page about what's being done.
How quickly can you come out?
For monthly plan members, same-day response for urgent issues and typically within 2–3 business days for regular scheduled visits. For non-members, usually within a week — sooner when our schedule allows. Emergency same-day service is available to anyone, at our emergency rate.
Do you work with both Apple and Windows / Mac and PC?
Yes — Apple computers and iPhones, Windows PCs, Android phones, iPads and tablets, smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire), printers, Wi-Fi and mesh systems, smart home devices (Alexa, Google Home, Nest, Ring), and more. If it plugs in or connects to the internet, we probably handle it.
Is my personal information safe with you?
Yes. We never store passwords, and we encourage every client to use a password manager that only you have access to. When we do need a password to complete a task, you enter it yourself when possible. We follow strict privacy practices, and we'll never share any information about your devices, accounts, or household with anyone.
What hours do you work?
Regular in-home visits are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Phone and text support for plan members is available during business hours. Emergency visits can be arranged outside these hours for an additional fee when our schedule allows.
Do you serve areas outside Summerville?
Right now, we focus on Summerville and the immediate surrounding area — roughly a 15-mile radius — so we can respond quickly and keep travel time short. If you're just outside that area and interested, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
Let's start with a phone call.
No pressure, no sales pitch — just a chance to hear what's going on and see if we can help.
